Charity Partnerships

Working together to serve others better

 

Partner Charities receive:

  • 25% discount on all our products

  • up to 75% discount on some subscriptions

  • Free study facilities with us each year

  • Possible short courses tailored to the charity

  • 50% discount when giving our resources to local schools

 

We are delighted to establish partnerships with specific Christian charities (excluding churches or schools) through which we work together to serve others better with existing and new Damaris resources.

We welcome into partnership any registered Christian charity that is in sympathy with our approach and beliefs. To apply, simply download our application form and send it to us, together with a covering letter on your charity headed paper. To discuss charity partnerships with us please contact us and talk to Katie Coles (our partnership development co-ordinator).

Charity Partnership Agreement

We give partner charities:

  1. 25% discount on all products. We supply an electronic code voucher for the online shop that will automatically deduct 25% from any order. This is for use by any member of the organisation's staff (paid or unpaid). 
    Note: The charity is expected to take reasonable steps to avoid advertising this beyond the staff (e.g. it is not to be put on open pages of a website).

  2. Up to 75% discount on some subscriptions for any of your staff (paid or unpaid). We give you the opportunity to buy, at up to 75% discount, up to 10  subscriptions to RE Lessons Online, Assemblies Online or Tools For Talks for every subscription purchased for that site at full price (less the 25% discount you receive on all products, of course). The specially discounted subscriptions must be purchased within the subscription period of the full price one using our simple forms.

  3. One free arrangement and first tutorial (each year) for sabbaticals and study breaks for you to use for any one staff member of the charity (paid or unpaid) who will benefit from studying with Damaris.

  4. The possibility of us creating a short course to meet the specific training and development needs of staff of the charity (provided we can reasonably expect an ongoing take-up of the course; these are not intended to be a facility for one-off courses).

  5. 50% discount on any subscription packs for school resources (currently Assemblies Online and RE Lessons Online) that are to be given by the charity as a gift to schools with whom the charity has a relationship. Use the request form to order the subscriptions and to let us know which schools you want to give these to. We will send you the subscription packs required together with an invoice for the total amount.

  6. A time-limited advert on our CultureWatch website - available on a discretionary basis. Since CultureWatch is used primarily by non-Christians, the advert must be appropriate for this audience.

Partner charities give us:

  1. Use of Damaris resources. You must intend to actively make use of at least one Damaris resource .

  2. Promotion of the partnership on your website (if you have one). By placing our Damaris Partnership graphic (available here) on your website and linking it to ours, you will help us to make Damaris known to more people.

  3. Active co-operation in seeking potential joint projects. You will actively look for ways you could partner with Damaris on existing or new Damaris product.
