Short Courses
We are delighted to devise and provide specific short courses for our charity partners. These are provided at a fixed cost to cover arrangement, classes, tutorials, accommodation and travel between the Damaris office and a London airport. These courses are only available for charity partners through whom we can reasonably expect an ongoing take-up of the course - they are not intended to be a facility for one-off courses.
Damaris is also currently signing agreements with University level colleges to co-operate on providing short courses related to the Damaris Approach taught partly by Damaris team members - and providing internationally recognised credits towards Batchelors and Masters degrees.
We are so pleased to have begun this with Gimlekollen School of Journalism and Communication in Norway - building upon Nick Pollard's existing role as guest lecturer in that college (a journalism and media college set up by the Norwegian Lutheran Church, and training a large number of journalists of all faiths and none).
In the years ahead we hope to establish similar relationships with other colleges across the world - and to be able to provide you with relevant, exciting and accredited Damaris Short Courses.
