Tom Price
Tom Price is the Damaris Resources for Students Co-ordinator. Tom came to Damaris in 2003 on the Internship programme and formally joined the team in 2007. Tom is also a Tutor and Lecturer at the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics, Wycliffe Hall, Oxford and an Associate speaker of the RZIM Zacharias Trust. He holds degrees in Christian Apologetics (MA) and Philosophy (BA) and he is the author of a number of articles on popular culture and Christian belief.
Tom was the founding Editor of the University and Colleges Christian Fellowship's (UCCF) world class apologetics website bethinking.org. Tom regularly lectures and speaks on Christian Apologetics, at events such as Spring Harvest, the European Leadership Forum, Hungary, and 24-7 Prayer's Transit. Tom's specific interests include: meta-ethics, analytic and continental arguments for God, faith and reason, suffering, cultural apologetics and C.S. Lewis. Tom is married to Caroline and they live in Oxford.

Teaching Style
Tom is able to present or to facilitate discussions - acting as chair, and he will usually use a combination of media and approaches to help an audience or group engage with your chosen topic. He has experience working with churches and parachurch organisations, and has addressed both professional as well as more informal groups of people.

Description: a flexible 45min-2hr session on using contemporary popular culture to talk about your faith - plenty of opportunity to tell stories and think about concerns/opportunities together.

Title: "Tough Questions"
Description: we'll take on some difficult questions together, like Suffering/Science/Evidence/Proof, then we'll look at ways to help you learn to answer them winsomely and biblically.

Description: finding purpose in life isn't easy, but surely Christians must be redeemed to do something? Or is it just Bible studies and prayer meetings? Find out how to make your life really matter.
