Current prayer priorities

September is here and with it the start of a new school year. That means that many teachers will be using material from Damaris websites such as RE Lessons Online and Assemblies Online. Please pray that the material from these websites would help teachers to run lessons and assemblies that enable school students to think about biblical concepts in a relevant way. Please pray as well for our efforts to spread the word about these resources and increase the number of people using them.

Please pray also for the School Conferences we’re doing this term (45 booked so far, representing over 6,000 pupils reached). Each one is a brilliant opportunity to help young people think critically about their own beliefs and values. Pray for these young people to be helpfully challenged in their thinking, and for our hard-working presenters (who often have to get up very early in the morning!)

You can choose to have the prayer diary emailed to you each month. To do so simply tick the 'Prayer Diary' box in the 'Email preferences' part of Manage My Membership (you will be prompted to log in with your Damaris username if you're not already logged in). If you are not yet a member of the Damaris internet community then you'll need to join first - click here to register for free (you can choose to receive the Prayer Diary as part of the registration process).
