Deovox is designed to be used primarily by individuals. It is released twice a week, and with new devotional guides, deovox offers the opportunity to be used throughout the week.
The devotional guides that come with each episode give directions on how to listen and respond devotionally. You will see them listed next to each episode on the catalogue page, marked “devotional guide.” There are questions and invitations to respond to what God is teaching you. Each episode contains a wealth of information and multiple avenues for spiritual growth, allowing it to be used more than once. Currently, it is suggested that one of the weekly episodes is used twice, while the other is used three times. As a result, deovox is offered as an audio devotional that can be used daily throughout the days of the week. They are marked Week One, Week Two etc.
A word for the religious and the ill-disciplined How many times do we start doing daily devotions only to find that we get behind, miss days, and give up? The deovox daily devotional guides simply provide a structure. There’s something to do on each of the five days of the week. But God doesn’t have a clipboard and he’s not keeping score. He is merciful and good, and loves it when we spend time with him. If you miss days, then don’t give up. Just pick up where you left off, and continue to seek him. In addition, the devotional guides are just that. They’re guides. Do as much or as little as you want. Listen to the episodes more or less, depending on how they serve you.

Reading a book to go along with a series is an excellent way to supplement what you're hearing in deovox.
