GSF Cancellation Policy
1. If a school cancels more than 14 days before the conference date: GSF will charge a £25+VAT administration fee (to cover the costs we have incurred) and refund the balance of the registration fee (if already paid).
2. If a school cancels less than 14 days before the conference date or fails to attend: the full fee will be payable (because it is very unlikely that we will be able to find another school to take their place).
Please note that:
- because the Peer Educator DVD is designed for use by students who have been inspired and equipped at a GSF conference we are not able to give copies to schools that have not attended the conference
- because of the development of Beacon Schools we are not able to carry cancelled bookings over to the following year.
