Across Britain people are working and campaigning for a fair and just world, free from poverty. The aim of this Global Student Forum is to give young people an opportunity to learn more about global poverty issues and to become champions for change amongst their peers.
I am delighted that DFID is sponsoring this event, helping the next generation better understand the world they will inherit and the meaningful contribution that they personally can make to reducing poverty.
