There are a variety of ways in which individuals and organisations may join the Global Student Forum
- Individual students become members by being selected by their school to attend a Global Student Forum conference in their country
- Schools join by linking with the Global Student Forum in their own country
- Organisations may become involved through sponsoring the Global Student Forum in their own country, or internationally
