Show the first part of the programme - then freeze frame on the question "What is your goal and purpose in life? What are you living for?"
Invite people to share their answers with one another.
Then ask them how they see the relationship between these goals and their education.
Perhaps pick up on the point that "education is more than just schooling" - how and what do we learn from our life outside of school?
Then explore what we can learn from people such as the characters in this film who miss out on schooling but use every opportunity to learn through the lives they do have
Then invite discussion of how they would benefit from obtaining a schooling as well
Finally invite people to consider what we can learn from this - about valuing our own education and about helping others to obtain the full rounded education from which we have benefitted.

the similarities between people's answers
You could see if people are aware of the different philosophical categories of answers to this question which Nick highlights in the second part of the programme.
Alternatively, or additionally, you could develop discussion about the importance of a vision and purpose in life (possibly picking up on the point that Nick makes about Victor Frankl's observations).
Show the rest of the programme.
There are multiple ways you can take the discussion/reflection further.
You could stimulate discussion about the various philosophies to which Nick refers (Hedonism, Nihilism, Existentialism, Humanism, Theism)
You could deliver a short talk lifting off from the teaching of Jesus regarding the purpose of life being to love God and love our neighbour as ourselves. This could be illustrated with contemporary quotes about purpose, love, ambition and meaning. (N.B. these links into the large collection of relevant Bible references and contemporary quotes are free to anyone with a subscription to Tools for Talks - non-subscribers can obtain immediate access with a 1 year or 30 day subscription).
