1. It didn't download properly (or I have lost what I downloaded)

   1. Provided you bought the download less than 48 hours ago you can return to your download page by going to www.damaris.org/shop/downloads.

   2. If this doesn't work, see the next item . . .

2. I can't get to the download page at www.damaris.org/shop/downloads

   1. If it is more than 48 hours since your purchase the page will have expired. Email us with the date of your order, and the order number. We will send you the download by email.

   2. If you do not have cookies enabled on your computer (or you never actually got through to the download page) you will not be able to go back there. Email us with the date of your order, and the order number. We will send you the download by email.

3. I have my download but can't open it

   1. If it is a file that ends in ".pdf" you will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat to read it. This is supplied free with most new computers - but if you don't have one you can download one for free at www.adobe.com.

   2. If it is a file that ends in ".doc" you will need Microsoft Word to open it.

   3. If you do have the correct software, but the file still won't open - it may have become corrupted during the download process - this is very rare but does happen. Go to www.damaris.org/shop/downloads and download it again.
